PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer shipping  internationally, Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location:

International Shipping:
• Standard International: 14-21 business days - $10.00 USD
• Express International: 7-14 business days - $25.00 USD,

Please note: As we work with drop shipping partners, delivery times may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

DAMAGES
Pet View Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
